What is the purification space?
It is a gift. A gift which only some recognise.
Even if you rebel in this space, you have recognised it in the first place to rebel against it - so it really doesn’t matter.
And even if you leave, the light in you will demand you find your own way back. This light is not only within you - it is also with you, around you and outside of you in the purification space.
Can you do anything to make the purification process go faster?
Technically, no.
It will go at the speed it needs to go, decided by your self healing ability and unique personal instructions. That said, you can make whatever characteristics of the very personal journey you alone must endure, much easier.
Even pain can be less painful:
1) Enter the silence regularly and if you can’t, focus on a fixed point in your body as you go through your everyday life as much as possible. If you break that focus, just patiently keep bringing it back until you can maintain a full sense of recognition of the feeling of your own self through every experience. This unequivocally puts purity first in your life. It will consciously strengthen your own source connection.
2) Recognise how much you are influenced by and listen to thought - and push on past it in your own direction, doing what you want to do. Keep on stepping back into the silence so you are freer - and it is easier - to do what you want to do rather than what your thoughts or others say you should do.
3) Be as comfortable as you can in your body so your body does not distract you from the above task. Alkalise and stretch. In these times, try to eat less cooked food, and avoid chemicalised / processed food as much as possible. Hydrate well and regularly, gently, cleanse your body. Be moderate. There is no need to go crazy. The point is to master thought: not fixate on your body.
4) Make a choice about intoxicants and substances. If you choose to take them, know this: along with any positive benefits, which will only be temporary, substances allow and also generate more thought ... they bring more pain and make your path harder.
5) Do the right thing so you are not worrying needlessly about what you could or should do. By this I mean, act according to your own personal ethic and principles: keep your own code of integrity. Pay your bills and attend to material life, but don’t overemphasise the material and money. Most of all, treat all beings as you would like to be treated yourself.
6) Return to nature as much as possible and is reasonably practical - minimising your impact on the environment especially in view of irreplaceable resources, pollutants and destruction of natural habitats.
