Now the phoenix rises from the ashes

You are in a new world. You are a new person, navigating your life in new ways. This time, don’t take it all so seriously. Live a little and don’t get so hooked up on money, or on substances, or on working it all out. Know that you are a good person. Put love first this time. And where you falter or lose your way for a while, know it is only temporary, and there is no real harm done.

The most powerful energy in this universe is pure love and you are made of it. You actually have tiny receptors in every cell of your body for it. When darker thoughts and sadness are there realise you are safe to be sad for a while because the depth of you never changes.

As you grow warmer inside, know this:

At the frequency of pure love, your source connection purifies and your self healing ability kicks into action. You will simply pull everyone else around you in the same direction. The whole notion of healing is collapsing now. All you have to do is be true to yourself and nurture yourself in the good company of others who do exactly the same. Together we all turn our heads and start to grow towards the sun …

When you live your own brightness where hope burns and fuels your existence because the warmth is there inside, what you wish for is like a seed watered and the power of your desire is the dream made real.

Your dream is so well worth dreaming. It contains more love than a hundred thousand suns and through its whisper within you we begin to grasp the infinity of being. When we live our life, the way it actually is, the world around us purifies. What begins as a small downpour becomes an irreversible tidal wave.

So now be determined to move forward, more and more as your very own self. Learn to grasp the feeling of “you" totally focused, balanced and on top of your game. Make choices based not on fictions or abstract philosophies but the felt sensation of purpose, groundedness, hope and ease in your body. Listen to the signs.

The body is a receiver hot-wired for purity. The more that system in you powers up the more you and your body become seamless. That relationship is the central one in your life and it is an endless communion. As you learn to build the world - your world - the garden of love grows around you.

Very quickly you will flower so powerfully you will wonder what was ever stopping you. Releasing what is not us, we find we simply are who we are. Love begets more love and with every step each morning, we make more and more of a mark on this world.

So this is heaven: not another world or the next world, because in the end we get to make it the way we wish. This comes out of the moment and the procession of thoughts, feelings and movements through you which are purity itself. That of course is that limitless, divine, you.

The more you take the time with the silence, the stillness and the following through, the stronger you will become. You are ready now. There is no more self hatred.
